The location shines, with Gloucester Road Tube Station just steps away, making navigating the city a breeze. The bar area boasts a stylish ambiance that invites relaxation after a day of exploring.
Sound insulation needs work. busy streets outside kept me awake at night, making for a restless sleep. The air conditioning fell short during my stay, leaving the room uncomfortable on warmer days. Room cleanliness could certainly improve as I found remnants from previous occupants lingering around, which took away from the overall experience. the breakfast options felt rather limited, and the service timing could have been better maintained.

Pretty vibes, but be cautious!
So, I stayed here for 2 nights and the location was fantastic, super easy to get around. The staff were sweet, but the food was a bit of a letdown, especially with that restricted menu deal. the drink prices were kinda tricky. Room was clean and comfy, just wish the tea situation was better.

Proximity to Gloucester Road Tube Station, spacious rooms for London standards, exceptional room service options
Inconsistent air conditioning during hot weather!!! Lack of seating in common areas and more transparency about digital room info would elevate the experience!!!

Had a great time with friends! We explored the British Museum and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere nearby. The staff were super friendly and the location couldn’t be better. Just a heads up, the available rooms can be a tad small, so maybe check that out beforehand.
Our room was a bit dark, and we wished we had a lamp to brighten it up.

The location near the underground made it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and well-decorated, enhancing our overall experience. However, there were long wait times for breakfast service, and cleanliness in common areas could be improved.

Comfortable and secure stay in a beautifully decorated Classic Double Room, perfect for exploring museums with the Tube just steps away. The staff was friendly and helped with luggage storage, while the interior's colorful charm added to the experience. the breakfast lacked value, and the room felt cramped due to the combined beds. Nothing exceptional to elevate it beyond an average experience, yet the location is truly unbeatable.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the lovely bar that had a great vibe and the beautiful staircase that made for some nice photos. The spa was a perfect little retreat after a long day of exploring the city, offering a cozy relaxation opportunity. Just a heads up, the coffee options at breakfast could be better since I couldn't get a cappuccino, but it didn’t ruin our fabulous time! 😊
